1. Scope
This policy applies to the static website at https://ai-dirtytalk.com/ and its pages. It does not apply to any external website you reach through a referral link. Once you leave this site, the destination's own privacy policy and terms govern your activity there.
2. Who operates this site
This site is a website. The current build does not publish a registered company name, a physical address or a monitored contact inbox, because none has been supplied for publication. References to “we”, “us” or “this site” mean the operator of this website. No legal entity, address or representative is invented on this page.
3. What this site does not collect
This site has no backend application, user account system, database, contact form, newsletter, comment system, payment flow or live AI chat service. In its current build it does not collect names, email addresses or account credentials, and it does not receive or store any messages from the demonstration interfaces.
The demonstration interfaces do not include a working message field; all sample text is pre-written. There is no server endpoint on this site that accepts chat content.
4. Information processed when you visit
Like most websites, the hosting provider that serves these pages may automatically process technical request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. That can include an IP address, browser type, operating system, requested page, referring page, date and time, and server response status.
This data is processed by the hosting infrastructure, not by a site database. Retention, location and access controls depend on the hosting provider and its configuration. This build does not add a separate application-level logging system.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This build does not set advertising cookies, analytics cookies or account cookies. It does not include a cookie consent banner because no such cookies are currently used. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms to serve pages and maintain security; those are controlled by the host, not by this site's code.

7. Local browser behaviour
Some interactive elements — character filters, conversation-style previews, scenario previews, tab panels and FAQ accordions — run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. They change content on the page and do not send the selections to a server. This build does not use local storage or session storage to remember your activity across visits.
8. External links and the referral page
Start Chatting connects you to Candy AI. Candy AI manages its own accounts, live conversations, subscriptions and support.
We do not control what an external platform collects, how long it keeps it or whether it uses conversations for training. Read the destination's privacy policy and terms before creating an account or sharing personal details.
9. Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has accessed the site, the appropriate response is to end that access. Because this site does not operate accounts or a contact inbox, there is no account to close here.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. This site does not maintain a user database containing your personal data, so there is usually nothing held here to access or delete.
For data held by a hosting provider or an external AI platform, contact that provider directly. It is the controller or processor for its own systems. If a verified contact method is added to this site, this section will be updated to explain how to use it.
